NATIXIS BFI Capital Markets Division. The NATIXIS Corporate Solutions group is both dynamic and innovative. It specialises in providing structured financial solutions

It offers customised solutions to European and Asian corporates, financial institutions, fund managers and high
net worth individuals, adding value with efficient pricing and effective risk management, using a mix of tools - equity & commodity derivatives,
re-insurance, alternative risk transfer and other technologies.

It has a team of 120+ multi-disciplined professionals in offices in Dublin, Singapore, Milan and Paris with
a considerable track record of structuring transactions. It also has a presence in Frankfurt, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York.
On 31st December 2007, IXIS Corporate and Investment Bank (IXIS CIB) (which had owned 100% of Nexgen) merged with and into its 100% parent company Natixis. Nexgen is now directly owned by NATIXIS, Groupe Caisse d’Epargne and Groupe Banque Populaire’s corporate
and investment banking arm. NATIXIS is a French listed company.
Recently a number of the entities in the Nexgen Group have changed their names: Nexgen Financial
Solutions Limited and its subsidiary changed their names to NATIXIS Corporate Solutions Limited and NATIXIS
Corporate Solutions (Asia) Pte Limited respectively, and Nexgen Re Limited changed its name to Nexgen Reinsurance Limited.
